Second, let the communication flow both ways! Take a moment to verify that your mailing address, email address, and phone number are up to date in your customer account. Keeping your contact information up to date not only ensures you will receive your billing statements on time, but also important notices about your account, including high usage alerts and water quality testing opportunities.
Please also consider registering for email and text alerts, which will provide important time-sensitive information, including water main breaks and service disruptions. To register, complete this form online.
