Successful candidates will have an associate’s degree in information technology and at least two years' working experience, or a combination thereof. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, computer hardware, mobile devices, and computer networking required. Preference given for knowledge of VMware, Amazon Web Services, Ansible, switch and firewall administration, PowerShell, Python, or Office 365. A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and willingness to learn are essential.
Duties include but not limited to: Maintain and update Active Directory and Office 365 accounts. Support and maintain Microsoft desktops, laptops, and servers. Support iOS devices directly and through the mobile device manager. Restore servers and files from backup. Document network and system information. Create, delete, and manage virtual servers. Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell and Python. Manage Microsoft Sharepoint. Assist the IT Director with needs analysis, planning, procurement, and implementation of technology systems. Ensures user problems involving hardware and/or software are managed in a timely and professional manner.
