Duties include but are not limited to: Troubleshooting and resolving issues with PCs, tablets, and smart phones. Administering mobile device management software. Working with end users to ensure their technology needs are met. Basic network troubleshooting. Basic electrical work. Basic PLC (programmable logic controller) programming. Basic SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) HMI (human-machine interface) troubleshooting.
Successful candidates will have an Associate’s degree in information technology, two years’ experience in the field, or a CompTIA A+ certification. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, mobile devices, and basic networking theory required. A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and willingness to learn are essential.
