Successful candidates will have three years’ experience in customer service operations. Must possess excellent computer skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to multi-task in a fast paced office environment while handling customer inquiries, and handle financial transactions accurately. Bilingual a plus.
Duties include but not limited to: Provides customer service through taking payments by check, cash or credit card machine, opening new accounts, terminating accounts and updating customer account information. Performs data entry in the maintenance of customer utility accounts.
