Frederick Water suspended penalties and disconnections in March of this year to help customers stay healthy during the pandemic. On August 18, 2020, the Frederick Water Board of Directors voted to resume disconnections for delinquent accounts. Disconnection notices will be sent beginning in October.
Customers are urged to bring their accounts into good standing. Payment Plans will be available up until the due date that will be listed on the Disconnection Notice. To sign up for a Payment Plan, contact Customer Service by email at email@example.com or by phone at (540) 868-1061.
